As a Partnerships manager, you'll be a key player in helping our company grow. Your role involves building relationships and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference. It's a chance to be part of a fast-growing team and contribute to both our product and company values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market presence for Pump.co.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from identification and negotiation to ongoing relationship management and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership initiatives with company goals and ensure successful implementation.
- Achieve partnership revenue targets and KPIs, while continuously identifying new market opportunities through partner collaborations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, representing Pump.co at industry events and providing regular performance reports
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry
- Experience developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth
- Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.
- This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change, and tech is always evolving.
- Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering, product, and others to ensure customers are happy.
- Familiarity with industrial pumps, pump systems, or related equipment preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership and revenue goals
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform partnership strategies and measure success
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with partners
