Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving new client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility through targeted campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will own our digital marketing channel(s) and take a data-driven approach to optimize it. You will manage leads generated from your efforts, analyze website traffic, and implement strategic enhancements to boost engagement and conversion rates. A solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles is essential to optimize our online presence and maximize campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, optimize, and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Lead Management: Nurture potential leads through the sales funnel, ensuring successful conversions.
- Web Traffic Analysis: Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance engagement and lead generation.
- SEO & SEM Strategy: Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility. Track performance metrics to refine strategies over time.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders in Canada/USA, aligning your hours with UTC/GMT-6 MT for seamless collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that improve ROI.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging marketing materials, including ad copy, landing pages, and performance reports.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- High written and verbal proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush (or similar tools).
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles with practical experience in implementing best practices.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, lead generation, brand building, and website optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and effective time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a global team.
- Flexibility to work some hours aligned with UTC/GMT-6 MT.
