How does the process look like?

Application: Apply via this form (written + audio questions).
Review session: A deep-dive review session with Frax to evaluate your skills and assess your experience.
Decision: Once you get the green light, invitations to exciting gigs will start rolling in.
Start: When you land a gig and start working, Frax charges a 7% fee on every monthly invoice you issue to the client.

You cannot outsource your work to other designers or third-party companies.
You must be able to issue invoices.
After landing a gig, Frax charges a 7% fee on every monthly invoice you issue to your client(s).
