How does the process look like?
- Application: Apply via this form (written + audio questions).
- Review session: A deep-dive review session with Frax to evaluate your skills and assess your experience.
- Decision: Once you get the green light, invitations to exciting gigs will start rolling in.
- Start: When you land a gig and start working, Frax charges a 7% fee on every monthly invoice you issue to the client.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of total experience in Product Design,
- At least 2 years of freelance experience,
- A shareable portfolio and LinkedIn profile or CV,
- Ability to invoice companies,
- No full-time job in parallel,
- A “no job is too small” attitude.
Most Important Rules:
- You cannot outsource your work to other designers or third-party companies.
- You must be able to issue invoices.
- After landing a gig, Frax charges a 7% fee on every monthly invoice you issue to your client(s).
