The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Co-Founder with strategic expertise and operational support to join our team. This role goes beyond financial investment, offering a chance to shape the future of building management technology. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving business development, and leading technology innovation. You will work closely with our current team to establish InTenant as a market leader in property technology.

Who You’ll Be Joining:

You will collaborate with Jen Goeldner and Jeremy Akerstein, experienced leaders in technology and business. Jeremy is a seasoned technology project manager with over 20 years of experience, specialising in end-to-end IT systems and commercial construction fitouts. Jen is an executive leader with extensive experience in people, technology, and agile change, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and board teams. Both bring deep expertise in technology innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic vision, positioning InTenant for substantial growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the GTM strategy, targeting key customer segments and establishing a robust client base.
• Business Development: Drive growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives, leveraging your network in the SaaS or building management sectors.
• Technology Innovation: Lead the advancement of our platform, integrating advanced technologies to enhance security, efficiency, and tenant engagement.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to the highest legal and cybersecurity protocols, maintaining operational integrity and strategic alignment.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Deep knowledge of property technology and the building management market.
• Proven experience in scaling startups and leading business development efforts.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
• A commitment to innovation, security, and customer satisfaction, with a willingness to navigate market challenges collaboratively.

Commitment Level:

The role is flexible, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, depending on the candidate's availability and fit.
