Recruit, train & mentor Country Growth Leads to hit ambitious download + engagement goals
Build scalable playbooks to take markets from 0 → 1 → exponential growth
Track performance across markets, spotting what’s working & fixing what’s not - fast
Work directly with the HQ growth team to share insights & run experiments
Report wins, learnings & big opportunities to leadership
Regions you will be overseeing:
- EMEA
- CESM

- APAC

You HAVE used user-generated video content to grow apps before
Proven track record in growth, marketing, or community management for a consumer app (multi-market experience = huge plus)
Strong leadership chops - remote team management experience preferred
Comfort with data, metrics & performance tracking
Deep understanding of your online culture — you’re chronically online!
Fluent in English (more languages are a bonus)
