We're thrilled about this critical role at our startup focused on creating an app to track consumption and showcase personal taste, ultimately compiling your identity in one place for better service customization. With millions of loyal users, we're poised for rapid growth, especially once we expand from iOS to Android. We're seeking a leader to excel in user-generated video content on platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts. what you’ll do 🚀

  • Lead Shelf’s growth across multiple countries through a scrappy UGC program on TikTok, Reels and Youtube Shorts

  • Recruit, train & mentor Country Growth Leads to hit ambitious download + engagement goals

  • Build scalable playbooks to take markets from 0 → 1 → exponential growth

  • Track performance across markets, spotting what’s working & fixing what’s not - fast

  • Work directly with the HQ growth team to share insights & run experiments

  • Report wins, learnings & big opportunities to leadership

  • Regions you will be overseeing:

    • EMEA

    • CESM

    • LATAM

    • APAC

requirements 📈

  • You HAVE used user-generated video content to grow apps before

  • Proven track record in growth, marketing, or community management for a consumer app (multi-market experience = huge plus)

  • Strong leadership chops - remote team management experience preferred

  • Comfort with data, metrics & performance tracking

  • Deep understanding of your online culture — you’re chronically online!

  • Fluent in English (more languages are a bonus)
