EEC Irrigation is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is a full-time position, providing administrative support to our executive team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and gather data for various projects and initiatives
Organize and maintain executive files and documents, both physically and digitally
Screen and handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person
Coordinate and plan company events and meetings, including logistics and catering
Maintain and update company databases and contact lists
Create and manage budgets and expense reports
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Act as a liaison between the executives and other departments, as well as external stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
