We are looking for a highly organized Executive assistant (with Kajabi experience) to join our team.

Requirements:

Design, implement, and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Trello, Monday
Create and document standardized processes to improve team productivity and collaboration
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions
Track key metrics across departments and generate clean, comprehensive weekly reports
Compile information from various team members (including leadership) to create cohesive performance overviews
Identify tasks falling through the cracks and ensure proper assignment and completion
Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

Qualifications & Skills

Required

2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
Proven track record of building and implementing effective systems and workflows
Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Monday, Asana, etc.)
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical abilities and data compilation skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
