As Head of Operations, you’ll literally transform and save lives by leading an elite organization of nearly 200 (and growing) Bloomineers across business operations, psychiatrists, psychedelic guides, and customer support.

• Care Efficiency: Reduce care costs across our clinical, guide, support, and fulfillment teams with a strong focus on emerging AI tools and homegrown software

• Care Quality: Improve quality of clinical and coaching care, customer support, and time to value delivered to clients

• Expansion: Operationalize new clinical protocols and healthcare products to increase CLTV and increase patient access to life-changing therapies
