Alex Libre here, working with RXNT to find exceptional national sales reps. The company seeks driven individuals eager to succeed, which should be evident in your voice responses and interviews. The process includes today's voice intake, followed by two interviews, after which an offer may be extended. The role offers $100,000 to $250,000, mainly commission-based, with significant upside. RXNT, a profitable firm for over 25 years, presents a superb opportunity for those skilled in practice management software or electronic health record sales. This is a fully remote position. 

The National Sales Representative (NSR) is a critically important sales hunter role, responsible for winning new accounts and business. If you prefer Account Management or farming existing clients, this won't be the right fit.   

The NSR will maintain an expert level of knowledge about the full RXNT software product offering and diligently advance sales opportunities on a daily basis. The NSR must be persistent, competitive, well organized, and self driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relentlessly prospects and uncovers new opportunities
  • Understand RXNT’s strategic and competitive position and sell our products
  • Master RXNT’s sales process and the benefits of all RXNT products
  • Learn and retain relevant healthcare industry knowledge to close sales
  • Collaborate with all RXNT internal teams to leverage their help in closing sales
  • Gain an intimate understanding of the needs of a prospect or customer and be ready to sell them an RXNT product(s) that can improve their practice 
  • Maintain and prioritize assigned sales leads and opportunities providing the best chance to close a sale
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the sales efforts

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Seeks to gain new skills to successfully sell the RXNT products
  • Can master the RXNT product features and provide demonstrations
  • Understands the importance of our selling our product successfully
  • Has excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills along with a patient, positive, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Has a passion for measuring successful selling
  • Is highly goal-oriented, proactive in prospecting new clients, and enjoys interacting with them daily
  • Desires to generate a high amount of revenue via new sales and wants a high-level sales career in an environment with a generous commission and bonus structure
  • Works well under pressure and can simultaneously manage many prospects and opportunities
  • Is a self-starter and is motivated by winning new business and being at the top of the sales leaderboard

Requirements:

  • 4yr college degree is preferred
  • Experience selling Practice Management and Medical Software
  • 1+ years of work experience selling SaaS products
  • Strong prospecting and sales skills
  • Proven communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize and be disciplined and efficient
