This is a Risk management role working in capability development within a large Government Department, Functions include:

• Perform risk management functions across a large number of projects, across emerging and disruptive technologies, Innovation and accelerated design and delivery.
• Enable risk management capability uplift across the work unit.
• Support enterprise risk management team
• Planning and schedule management skills will be highly regarded.

Experience

• You will be highly experienced in Capability Development risk management with a comprehensive understanding of the Defence environment and approvals processes, and the One Defence Capability System.
• Australian Citizenship with Active security clearance - Highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience delivering quality outcomes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to build, manage and retain engaged and high performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, a proven ability to learn new concepts and ideas quickly and tailor value propositions and proposals for clients.
• Ability to be a hands-on practitioner, to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for growth and business building.
