As a Founding Backend Engineer, you’ll have the autonomy to design, develop, and build highly scalable, high-performance applications that will shape the future of compliance software. You’ll tackle complex challenges that have a meaningful impact on our customers, working closely with the founding team to influence our roadmap.

Requirements:

• Proven experience writing web applications in languages like TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, or similar.
• Strong foundation in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (DynamoDB, Redis).
• You understand scalable architectures and how to design systems for performance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI systems and TypeScript.
• Experience building fintech or compliance products.
