As our first Customer Success Lead - AI, you'll set the stage for how legal teams of the future work. Your impact will be direct and measurable. The best part? The product is great and it’s easy to get adoption. We have clear, deep product market fit as customers want our product.
Our enterprise clients are always looking to improve their workflows. You’ll show them how to use our product for different use cases. You will use your deep domain expertise – and the fact that you're a lawyer or legal team member – to help bring in the AI revolution to in-house legal teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the implementation of GC AI into their legal workflows
Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement
Monitor usage health indicators, proactively identify and address risks to client retention and happiness
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes with GC AI
Gather feedback and work with the product team to translate it into product improvements
Provide training and support materials to help clients maximize the benefits of GC AI
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales support
Drive adoption of AI and renewal likelihood - how can you get people to use and love the product more?
Eventually, run GC AI classes and do other fun community things (see maven.com/ceciliaz)
Minimum of 5 years working in customer success role

Automation, CLM, or other legal software experience
