About the role

Why we need you

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup with a little less than 10 employees seeking a Sales Operations Associate to optimize our sales processes and directly support our founder. This role is crucial for accelerating our growth and improving operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Sales Tech Stack Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM and other GTM tools
  • Implement and maintain sales and marketing technologies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytics in Hubspot
  • Create and manage automation workflows (using AI where feasible!) to streamline processes

Sales Process Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable sales processes
  • Collaborate with the founder to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuously refine and document best practices for the sales process
  • Collaborate on finance and invoicing processes

Deal Desk and Order Management

  • Manage the entire quote-to-cash process
  • Prepare, send, and coordinate signature for quotes and contracts
  • Maintain deal statuses and coordinate next steps for each interaction
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve bottlenecks in closing process

Founder Sales Support

  • Manage the founder's sales calendar and communications
  • Prepare materials for sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Monitor deal stages and alert founder to stalled opportunities
  • Identify and flag high-priority leads for immediate attention


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales support or operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills for customizing CRM interfaces and email templates
  • Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • AI-native - you go beyond just using ChatGPT, you use AI daily, and are always looking for how to improve your work with AI

Nice to Have

  • Background in legal tech 
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience in B2C 
  • Passion for B2B SaaS
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
  • Legal background (we know it's a stretch, but former lawyers with legal operations experience are welcome!)
