Why This Role is Special:

Lead the Forerunner Leadership Institute: As the Director of Growth & Client Success, you will spearhead key initiatives within the Institute, such as the development of an Executive Forum, advisory services for businesses, and the cultivation of a global network of Muslim entrepreneurs and leaders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the institute’s offerings, working with founders and experts to ensure that values and impact are always at the forefront.
Work with Visionary Leaders: You will collaborate with philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and executives who are driving change in various industries. Through executive forums and advisory services, you will create opportunities for leaders to exchange ideas, form partnerships, and scale values-based ventures.
Build a Purpose-Driven Network: You will help build and expand our Muslim leadership network, connecting individuals across the globe who share a commitment to ethical business practices, social impact, and the betterment of their communities.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Forerunner Executive Forum: Design and manage a high-impact executive leadership forum, bringing together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts to share best practices, discuss industry trends, and collaborate on challenges. You will be responsible for facilitating discussions, organizing events, and ensuring meaningful engagement among participants.
Advisory Services for Values-Driven Growth: Oversee the advisory services arm of the Institute, working with a diverse portfolio of companies ranging from tech startups to established businesses. You will provide strategic guidance and tailored growth plans, helping clients navigate the complexities of scaling while remaining aligned with their values.
Network Building: Develop and nurture a community of Muslim entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and subject matter experts. You will play a key role in connecting members, fostering collaboration, and identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.
Shape Forerunner Leadership Institute’s Offerings: As a foundational leader, you will have a direct hand in shaping the curriculum, service models, and content offered by the Institute. You will collaborate with partners and advisors to ensure that all programs align with the core values of Forerunners and meet the needs of our diverse membership.

Strong understanding of purpose-driven leadership and a commitment to values-based business practices.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working closely with founders, executives, and community leaders.
