Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis (part/full-time), with the potential for a full-time role upon securing additional funding. As one of the first engineers on the team, you will play a crucial role in building our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and shaping the future of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

MVP Development

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy the MVP.
• Implement user authentication, dashboard features, and core functionalities.

Front-End Development

• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using TypeScript and React.js.
• Ensure seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

Back-End Development

• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js or C#.
• Integrate with third-party services like AWS and GitHub for compliance data.

Database Management

• Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and security.

Other Technologies:

• RESTful APIs
• OAuth authentication
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration is a plus

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Founder/CEO and AI Software Engineer to align development efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the product.

Innovation

• Contribute ideas for new features and improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Proven experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js or C#.
• Experience in building and deploying web applications from scratch.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2) is a plus.
