As a Principal Designer at Linktree, you will be instrumental in driving design strategies that fuel user engagement and business growth. What You'll Do

Lead and define the design process for entire user experiences, from inception to launch.
Establish and drive design strategies and philosophies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide senior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and seamless user experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15–20 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in innovative projects.
Expertise in one core area of design and strong skills in two others.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts and strategies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Origami, or Adobe Creative Suite.
