Why we need you

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup with a little less than 10 employees seeking a Sales Support Specialist to optimize our sales processes and directly support our founder. This role is crucial for accelerating our growth and improving operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Directly assist the founder in managing sales processes, focusing on HubSpot CRM maintenance, pipeline progression, and deal closure support.

1. Founder Sales Support:

  • Manage the founder's sales calendar and communications
  • Prepare materials for sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Assist in drafting and customizing proposals


2. HubSpot CRM Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in HubSpot
  • Create and update deal records, contacts, and companies
  • Generate timely reports for founder's review


3. Pipeline Progression:

  • Monitor deal stages and alert founder to stalled opportunities
  • Update deal status and next steps after each interaction
  • Identify and flag high-priority leads for immediate attention


4. Deal Closure Support:

  • Assist in preparing and sending quotes and contracts
  • Track and manage document signatures and approvals
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve any closing bottlenecks


5. Sales Process Optimization:

  • Identify repetitive tasks for potential automation
  • Suggest improvements to streamline the sales workflow
  • Maintain organized sales collateral and resources in HubSpot


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or operations
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Discretion in handling confidential information


Nice to Have

  • Background in legal tech 
  • Experience at a startup 
  • Passion for B2B SaaS
  • Legal background (we know it's a stretch, but former lawyers are welcome!)
