Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)


Location: Clermont, Florida (Hybrid)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our operational processes in the Real Estate sector. This role is pivotal in achieving maximum sales impact with minimal resource expenditures. The COO will be responsible for driving strategic business planning and leveraging social media marketing to enhance our market presence. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.

Optimize operational efficiency and resource management to maximize sales impact.

Lead and mentor teams through leadership training and development programs.

Oversee social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite for operational management and communication.

Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration within a diverse team.

Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.

Compensation:


Fixed Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Variable Compensation: Performance-based bonus up to 20% of the annual salary.
