As the Founding Product Designer at Rapha. you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of our startup. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional experiences that reflect our brand and drive user engagement. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with the founders and the engineering team to turn ideas into high-fidelity designs that are both customer-centered and innovative. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience with product design, UX/UI, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with early-stage products is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to completion.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that address customer pain points.
Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Establish design guidelines and maintain consistency across the product.
Collaborate with the team to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Expertise in UX/UI principles, with a user-first mindset.
Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
Ability to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with early-stage startups.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with front-end frameworks.
