We are seeking a talented Fullstack Web Developer to help us build a cutting-edge fintech platform, designed to serve millions of users in the financial sector. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our office at Mumbai, India, and we are looking for someone deeply passionate about building impactful products.

Required Technical Skills:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a web developer. Note: This doesn't mean formal industry experience, but rather having been actively involved in web development for at least two years.
• Ability to seamlessly switch between frontend and backend. Our tech stack requires working across the full stack (Next.js with TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL), so you should be comfortable handling both.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, as we use these across both frontend (Next.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs, working with Prisma for database management, and handling authentication using JWT.
• Familiarity with AWS services like S3, ECS with ECR, and Redis for caching.
• Ability to utilize AI tools efficiently for problem-solving and research.
• Comfort working with our specific tech stack. If you're not keen on JavaScript/TypeScript, this role might not be the right fit.

Non-Technical Skills:

• Clear communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and show kindness even when dealing with errors or challenges.
• A strong sense of ownership and the drive to build impactful solutions.
• Quick learning and adaptability to rapidly iterate on new features and improvements.
• Leadership skills to help organize and motivate a team toward a shared product vision.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior developers is a plus.
