About the role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building the platform that transforms how companies manage workforce planning. You’ll work closely with the founding team to connect HRIS, ATS, and other systems, leveraging data analytics to enable leaders to detect, inspect, and correct workforce strategies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a fast-growing startup that simplifies workforce management for companies striving to scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop the core platform that integrates with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Build scalable solutions for real-time workforce data analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to ensure seamless integration of third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, with a focus on security and data privacy.
  • Lead technical decisions to drive the product roadmap and scale the engineering team.


Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with full-stack development (JavaScript, Python, or Go).
  • Expertise in building scalable, data-driven platforms and integrating APIs.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of HR and workforce management systems (HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
