About the role

As the first CSM at Momentic, you will:

  • Engage with our customers during onboarding, understand any implementation blockers, and stop churn before it happens.
  • Be the voice of the customer by capturing, documenting, and championing new customer requirements and feature requests.
  • Drive strategy to grow our top-line revenue, including innovating on pricing and packaging.
  • Write our customer-facing documentation and help guides.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • To be based in San Francisco and able to work regularly from our SoMa office.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • To have a high sense of agency and accountability and can prioritize your work without much outside input.
  • To be able to immerse yourself in unfamiliar topics and understand complex technical concepts to make informed decisions.
  • Interest in AI and software testing tools tools.
