We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in SaaS and a proven track record of working with products utilizing a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.

The Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leveraging their expertise in selling SaaS solutions and capitalizing on PLG models to acquire and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets, with a focus on driving growth through PLG methodologies.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Leverage customer usage data, product adoption trends, and insights from PLG strategies to refine and optimize the sales approach.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and expand a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product-led growth initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline status.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of the product.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs, pain points, and feature requests to influence the product roadmap.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing knowledge on PLG strategies and best practices in SaaS sales.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success in using the product.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space, particularly related to PLG.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales role.
Proven track record of success in selling SaaS products, particularly those with a Product-Led Growth model.
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers.

Skills:

Strong understanding of PLG strategies and how to leverage them in a sales context.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
