We focus on tackling loneliness and supporting women who are aware their current lifestyle isn't working for them but are yet to transition into their new selves. Thriving Times aims to improve overall wellbeing by fostering connections among like-minded women, offering tools and techniques to help them thrive rather than just survive.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced female co-founder to join Thriving Times in a pivotal role. As a co-founder, you will help establish and grow our community, bringing your expertise in general business, marketing, or finance to the table. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a wellbeing platform dedicated to empowering women. Your role will involve working closely with the founder to launch the business, develop marketing strategies, and create a buzz around the community.

Who You’ll Be Joining:

You will collaborate with Keelie Allen, the founder of Thriving Times. With 20 years of experience in relationship building and customer success, Keelie is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. She holds a degree in Psychology and a diploma in positive psychology, and she excels in building trusting relationships and solving problems. Keelie is committed to creating a safe and authentic space for women to express themselves and support each other through various life stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Work on the logistics of launching and growing the community, including platform management and engagement strategies.
• Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and engage members, aiming to reach at least 500 members within the first 12 months.
• Community Building: Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment, encouraging participation and interaction among members.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall strategic vision and direction of Thriving Times, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.

Why We Need You:

Keelie has a strong foundation in customer experience, relationship building, and psychology, but needs a co-founder with complementary skills, particularly in marketing or finance. Your expertise will be essential in getting the business off the ground and ensuring its success. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellbeing, has personal experience with major life transitions, and is eager to empower other women.

Flexible hours with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. Compensation will be equity-based, reflecting the collaborative and startup nature of the venture.
