About the role

DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable New Homes Expert to join our dynamic team. As a New Homes Expert, you'll act as an agent for NewHomesMate, expertly guiding homebuyers through their purchasing journey. This includes educating customers about the new construction market, taking buyers on tours of new communities, negotiating with builders, and explaining contract terms. Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional buying experience.


What will you do?

  • Work closely with the Concierge Team, who will initially contact the leads and schedule buyer consultations.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential homebuyers, offering tailored support and guidance.
  • Educate and guide homebuyers through the process of buying a new construction home, providing comprehensive information about the new construction market and trends.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of new communities with potential homebuyers.
  • Negotiate with builders on behalf of homebuyers to secure the best possible terms.
  • Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to homebuyers.
  • Serve as a strong advocate for the buyer at all stages of the buying process.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously refine our processes and services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest market trends and new construction homes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An active real estate license.
  • A proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the new construction home market and buying process preferred.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using online technology platforms and tools.

Preferred

  • over one year of being licensed
  • Average of 6-10 closed transactions per year
