Partnerships is one of the most interesting and exciting levers at TradeZella. We have the opportunity to connect with affiliate partners from across the globe, with audiences of hundreds of thousands of people.
Your job is to continue this outreach process of getting new affiliate partners on board, while also focusing on optimization of original affiliate partners.
You will be the brand representation of TradeZella in the partnership space!
Responsibilities:
- Recruit top-tier affiliates that fit with our brand and messaging
- Work alongside the marketing team to continue to build out the affiliate program
- Onboard affiliates and build rapport to ensure there is a fair exchange of value
- Work alongside affiliates to make sure they have all the assets and assistance they need in order to get high-performing results
- Audit and improve our brand compliance guide that our affiliates must strictly follow while partnering with us
- Regularly monitor content from affiliates to make sure all affiliates are following our brand compliance guidelines
- Work alongside the operations team to implement budgets and forecasting
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and building affiliate programs, achieving a minimum of 6 figures a month.
- Ideally, a track record of scaling affiliate programs to consistent 6 figures a month.
Affiliate Recruitment:
- A strong ability to identify and recruit top-tier affiliates that align with our brand values and messaging.
- Proven expertise in cultivating and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the affiliate program.
- Capability to make data-driven decisions for optimizing the program's performance.
Onboarding and Relationship Building:
- Experience in onboarding affiliates efficiently, establishing a strong rapport to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Proven ability to provide necessary resources and support to affiliates for optimizing their performance.
Industry Knowledge:
- A deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
- Beginner level knowledge of the trading industry, or willingness to learn.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating and explaining online trading platforms.
Experience:
Prior experience in managing an affiliate programme end-to-end and comfortable with autonomy to build out processes and own the domain.
