About the role

At TradeZella, our growth flourishes from being product led and customer obsessed.

You'll be a key driving factor in this growth lever, focusing on attracting new users, retaining current users, and bringing users back to TradeZella.

Being a Growth Product Marketer in the early stages, there might be some moments where you wear many different hats to make sure we can execute and get the job done.

Responsibilities...

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention  
  • Drive deeper engagement of our product through a variety of educational content—blog posts, product tips, best practice guides, and more
  • Collaborate with product management to bring the voice of the customer into our roadmap and strategy conversations, aka be customer-obsessed
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to turn growth marketing data into meaningful insights
  • Focus on engagement and retention strategies - helping users build a core habit around TradeZella and bringing churned users back to TradeZella


What we're looking for (qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product marketing experience
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Obsessed with the trading space - whether you’re a trader yourself or a long term follower of the markets. A big plus is if you’re already a TradeZella user :)
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
  • Strong analytical skills, having a sound understanding of user behavior and analytics
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Mixpanel and onboarding tools such as Intercom
