This role is unique because it demands a senior engineering leader who can contribute directly to our codebase, extend and architect our platform with an eye towards growth, and mentor other engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience to set a broad technical vision, initiate its development, and strong leadership skills to unify a team behind its execution.

We build rapidly using React/Typescript, Golang, and Python on AWS. Our engineers work on entire products— everything from workflow engines, NLP and image processing, to building frontend data visualizations that help communicate results in an intuitive way.

This role requires strong empathy for our users, capacity to understand complex ecosystems and requirements, and an ability to guide and build pragmatic technology solutions for business products. You’ll also need to have interest in fintech, financial services, or real estate. You’ll work directly with the co-founders to build our vision of how the valuation industry should work.
