Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join our world class team at HIFI in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is critical in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge payment APIs, which are crucial for executing seamless transactions globally. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and optimize back-end solutions that meet the high demands of modern financial operations. Your work will directly contribute to the scalability and performance of our APIs, helping HIFI drive the future of financial services.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building APIs using Node.js.
• Profound knowledge of back-end programming and related technologies.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and system architecture design.
• Experience in an early stage or growth startup as an engineer at Seed, Series A, or Series B stage.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with a proven ability to maintain open communication channels with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or experience with financial technologies and payment systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
• Previous work in a fintech or payments environment is highly beneficial.
