Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up surveys.
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events to ensure smooth execution.
2. CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
- Assist in segmenting contact lists and managing data integrity within the CRM.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making processes.
3. Outreach and Partnership Coordination:
- Identify and research potential partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in drafting outreach materials such as emails, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with external partners and stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on outreach efforts to ensure timely responses and actions.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient documentation and online filing systems.
- Support other operational tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for event planning, operations, and building partnerships.
