As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological future of our startup. You'll be involved from the ground up, designing and building the core functionalities of our products while influencing the choice of technologies and frameworks used. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in software development and a passion for clean, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android)
• Background in AI or machine learning
• Prior startup experience or experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new software programs and APIs
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Design and update software databases under the directives of senior engineers
