- 🔍 Collaboration among cross-functional teams. You identify bottlenecks as we scale and work closely with stakeholders from Operations, Development, Research, and Product based in Germany and California to ideate solutions.
- 🏭 Implementation of long-term solutions. You become a key stakeholder in evaluating proposed prototypes, understand the implications to the overall process, and ultimately drive implementation in production. All while keeping an eye on quality.
- 📆 Support production planning. Keep an eye on uptime and production output, scheduled maintenance, and help implement and improve our MRP/ERP system.
- 🧯 Safety first. Establish safety procedures and protocols, help train others, and ensure a safe workplace.
