About company

At Dub, we're building the link management software of the future.

Links are one of the most foundational pieces of the web. Every time you go online, chances are you'll interact with hundreds, if not thousands of URLs on any given day.

We're reimagining the role of links from being a simple "resource locator" (URL), to a full attribution engine – visualizing the user journey from the first click to the final conversion event.

To do that, we're starting with short links & QR codes, as well as our world-class analytics product. In the near future, we're planning to extend our link infrastructure to include features like referral management, as well as link-in-bio & deep links.

We pride ourselves on having a stellar design, world-class developer experience, and an obsession over our user experience.

Our product is used & loved by modern growth teams like Framer, Raycast, Perplexity, Vercel, and more.

We’re a remote first team, with a headquarters in San Francisco.

About the role

We're looking for a founding product designer who is passionate about our mission to build the next generation of link management software.

Design is core to Dub’s mission. If creating elegant and powerful products is something you’re passionate about + you believe simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, then this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shape the future of the product roadmap & strategy by ideating features + user experiences that takes the product & business to the next level
  • Design world-class UI, user flows, and visual designs for the product working cross-functionally
  • Create & maintain a brand identity + design system that best reflects Dub’s mission, product, and community
  • Take ownership of user research, using it to understand our customers and guide design decisions

We’re excited to talk with you if…

  • You have strong experience working in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
  • You’re passionate about building beautiful & intuitive products
  • You’re a self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative
  • You’re curious, low ego, and always looking to improve
  • You have 4+ years of experience as a product designer

Bonus points if…

  • You’re able to read and write small bits of code
  • You have hands-on experience with building beautiful & intuitive analytics dashboards
  • You’ve worked with highly technical products and customers; even better if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS
