What You'll Do:
- As the third member of our talent team, you'll be the secret weapon in our founders' arsenals, using your search superpowers to uncover and attract the most exceptional engineering talent - whether that's nailing down a specialized Geospatial ML PhD or convincing a brilliant high-school-dropout prodigy to join the team.
- You'll be a true partner to our founders, rolling up your sleeves to deeply understand their technical requirements and then putting your creative sourcing magic to work. No challenge is too complex, no role is too niche - you'll stop at nothing to fill those critical openings with top-tier talent.
- Across the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to interviews to offer negotiations, you'll ensure a seamless and candidate-centric experience that enables our founders to win the best talent over.
- You'll stay on the cutting edge, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies to elevate our hiring efforts.
- Of course, you won't be going at it alone. You'll collaborate closely with our tenacious talent team to develop and execute on initiatives that cement Audacious' reputation as the premier destination for engineering talent.
- Throughout it all, you'll embody the highest ethical and moral standards, earning the trust and respect of both our founders and the candidates you engage with.
What We're Looking For:
- +/- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally from a fast-paced, high-growth environment like a startup or technical recruiting agency.
- Obsessive focus on search and a demonstrated track record of success in filling complex technical roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships and effectively manage stakeholders.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive on ambiguity and aren't afraid to experiment to find new solutions.
- Keen eye for detail and a relentless drive to deliver a world-class recruiting experience.
- Passion for the startup ecosystem and a desire to make a tangible impact on the success of our portfolio companies.
