About the role

We're looking for a 3rd team member to join us at Empty to lead our GTM efforts - primarily through brand and social media.

We're not looking for a specific background. You might come from content creation, visual design, art, hospitality, memeing, modding, business development, math, teaching, sports... it doesn't really matter.

What's most important to us is working with someone who is excited by this specific opportunity and takes great pride in the quality of their work. The idea of having a blank slate to think about what a standout health & fitness brand looks like in 2024 sounds COOL to you.

Hiring process & contract renewal

It will go down like this:

  • $500 paid trial period (10 hours on a growth experiment of your choice)
  • If there's a fit, you'll manage a budget for 1 month of growth experimentation (organic content, community building efforts, plugs, partnerships, product launches, campaigns, social media alts, stunts, challenges... whatever we decide on together)
  • Think, plan, and grow the budget for month 2*
  • Repeat until we take all of Zero's users

* this role will renew on a monthly basis through the end of June

Opportunity and compensation

This is a high risk-reward opportunity for a creative individual who is excited about growing a brand at the earliest stage and wants to participate in the value they create.

The majority of your compensation will be via rev share (up to 20% of total monthly revenues with opportunities for long-term royalties).
