The opportunity

We are searching for a strategic and results-driven Lead Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. As the Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant channels will be crucial. This role will involve extensive testing and learning across various platforms, focusing on continuous improvement.

This individual contributor role offers significant room for growth, with the opportunity to build and lead a team in the future. A proactive communicator, you will play a key role in helping the team understand the business landscape and make informed recommendations for growth strategies. Additionally, you should excel in cross-functional partnerships, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization. Your ability to engage and align engineers, even if they're not marketing experts, will be vital to the success of our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies to drive
  • qualified leads.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify high-performing channels,
  • optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Use a data-driven approach to ensure that customer acquisition is bringing
  • in the right audiences to enhance the downstream metrics of retention and monetization.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Lead initiatives to optimize the user journey, landing pages, and conversion points to enhance overall conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement A/B testing and iterate on improvements.
  • Ability to do some light copywriting to do quick adjustments and testing of new messages or take advantage of new tactics


Retention and Engagement:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Performance Analytics:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
  • Continuously assess and adjust budget allocations based on performance and opportunities.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the product for growth.


Marketing Automation:

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the conversion funnel.
  • Leverage marketing technology to enhance efficiency and personalization in user communications.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a growth marketing role
  • Experience in the fintech or consumer/technology industry Plus. MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of micro-business purchase funnels a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Hands on Google + Meta/FB ads experience. Ability to do some hands-on testing in LinkedIn and TikTok
  • HubSpot experience, landing pages, Email lifecycle management, hands-on
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and other growth-related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
