About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Develop a comprehensive email marketing strategy for CloudEagle’s use cases across the lead lifecycle.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target email audiences and execute campaigns.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns, developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists etc.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage and report on the email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI and work on the optimization strategies.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with prospects, leads and customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribe rate.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives


Requirement:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Should have 4-7 years of experience.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
