As a Senior Product Designer at Attio you will build beautiful software with great design, evolving our language, system and team into a new industry standard

Our design team work closely with product, engineering, support and the go-to-market team.

Our goal is for Attio to be one of the best and most memorable brands in the world.

There is a design-first approach to all outputs from Attio, from web surfaces and brand to platform and experience. Completed projects in Q4 2022 include logo refresh, .com development & design system rollout.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

Take ownership of our design system and define a strategy for it to be considered best in class
Form a deep understanding of our users, though direct communication with them and by staying in the loop with customer-success and sales
Work closely with engineering to produce a powerful and performant UI
