This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs and layouts for Ribbon's web and mobile platforms, creating branding and marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and branding
• Experience in creating responsive design for web and mobile platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take feedback constructively
• Experience in financial technology and/or startups is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
