Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize efficiency and quality
• Interpret and translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders
• Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to support forecasting and predictive analytics
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS)
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with data management systems and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
