Develop and own the engagement campaign strategy and execution of plan: Proactively identify and launch multi-channel programs (ex. non-digital, email, social, display) to engage leads in the pipeline, measure engagement activity, and share key learnings.
Lead generation and nurturing: Develop lead generation and nurture strategies with a segmentation mindset that increases brand awareness and top-of-funnel prospects and nurtures middle and bottom-funnel prospects to get them to convert and close. In addition, this also includes supporting content development to ensure we use the proper messaging and engagement for each key audience for each touchpoint in the buyer and customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and responsibility of campaign performance: Analyze the performance of campaign activities and engagement reporting, including mining insight from analytics platforms, dashboards, and monitoring of KPIs. They also will report critical findings to Leadership and share recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
- Own campaign activity operations, including use of systems and processes: Proactively build engagement events (or work with the appropriate internal and external partner) to ensure all assets (ex. forms, ads, landing pages) are designed, developed, uploaded, and tagged appropriately. This includes providing data flows into the appropriate system and can be reported to fuel insights and paid media planning.
- Develop and sustain customer loyalty: Develop a customer loyalty strategy that includes developing tactics to ensure customers are continuously engaged, become loyal fans, and increase CLTV.
- Cultivate insight and learn: Work cross-functionally to understand market and business insight that informs a campaign calendar, improves campaign performance, and identifies new growth and engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute on a sophisticated ad funnel strategy utilizing paid advertising
- Strategize and develop quarterly email campaign calendar and develop campaign copy and target audiences alongside the Club’s Social Media Manager
- Own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy, sales enablement materials, and more.
- Measure, report and optimize program and campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and effectively and consistently communicate campaign plans, programs, and results with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and data teams to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
You have/are:
- Experience with a focus on developing and operationalizing multi-channel campaign strategies. As well as experience with email marketing and demonstrated success leveraging automation to engage and nurture leads effectively.
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding campaign goals and KPIs.
- Self-motivated & thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficient working across a Mar-Tech stack, including Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, FanThreeSixty, Hootsuite, SportsEngine, SeatGeek, Salesforce, Tableau.
- Ability to work in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be very analytical and synthesize data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- An effective communicator to Chief Marketing Officer and cross-functional partners (both written and verbal).
