Position Overview:

We are in search of an Operations and Program Management Intern who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming the fashion industry through technology. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the operational backbone and program execution that supports our innovative platform. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire to contribute to the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our platform whilst maintaining the highest quality standards of the outputs we deliver to brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the AI.Fashion platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance process in partnership with the broader program management and production assistant team across all active brand partnerships.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and projects within the company, including technology deployments, partnership initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Participate in the analysis and reporting of operational metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with other day to day tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team as needed (up to 15% of time)

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Operations Management, Business Administration, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
• A strong interest in the operational mechanisms of the fashion and technology industries.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• A proactive attitude and an obsession with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous internship or work experience in operations, program management, or a related area is advantageous.
