We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications using PostGres, Ruby on Rails, React, Tailwind CSS, and radix.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in PostGres, Ruby on Rails, React, Tailwind CSS, and radix.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
