About the role

As our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for identifying and doubling down on sustainable, scalable, repeatable growth levers that will help drive Antimetal's business through the next stages of the company


You:

You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a growth or marketing role, ideally in a high-growth startup (B2B SaaS experience preferred), plus:

  • Previously built, articulated, executed, and reported on a marketing strategy in an early stage company from zero to one (ideally Seed - Series A)
  • Experience across a variety of marketing functions, specifically across growth + product marketing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and sales
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work on a consistent basis
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of autonomy and independence 
  • Creative 
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to ambiguity
