Perplexity is looking for an experienced product manager to join our small team revolutionizing the way people search and interact with the internet. You will be trusted to envision the future of search, working with products from ideation to execution.

You will working closely with design and engineering on the product team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills, the ability to envision innovative technology, and empathy for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate user needs and opportunities for innovation and value.
• Understanding of levers for product-led growth.
• Envision new experiences and deliver a long-term vision.
• Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations and capabilities.
• Work with data and user research to understand qualitative and quantitative data.
• Have conviction to make difficult product decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with product management in smaller teams.
• Strong experience with consumer products.
• Excitement for AI and an understanding of the AI and search space.
• Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.
• Experience working with data and metrics.
• Experience working with automation and scaling of tasks.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
