We're seeking a Senior Product Engineer to enhance our engineering team's capabilities. Your role is pivotal in mentoring other engineers, guiding them through complex designs and implementations, and setting a standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to drive feature development and implementation.
- Lead initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Mentor engineers in technical and career development.
- Enhance developer productivity through process and tool improvements.
- Offer internal engineering support.
- Work within a fully remote and distributed team environment.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of professional programming experience.
- Proficiency in building complex web products across various tech stacks.
- A collaborative attitude with low ego and high empathy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ownership and self-discipline.
- (Optional) Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Django, ORMs, RDBMS, AWS.
