This is a contract role for a Founder In Residence - Experiences/Events. The Founder In Residence will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing events and experiences that enhance Fondo's brand and position as a thought leader: Events for Prospects, Events for Customers, Large Scale Annual Conference. The role involves collaborating with team members across all departments, as well as external vendors and stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in San Francisco, CA.

• Experience in event planning, conference organization, production, or management
• Excellent project management and multitasking ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to deliver events and experiences that align with Fondo values and brand
• Experience in sales and partnerships
• Experience in marketing or branding is a plus
