Tired of working with agencies who were not listening to what was needed at our companies, we decided to build our own boutique agency to help founders and startups not just hire, but level up their overall People functions.

Our team has decades of experience implementing and scaling such functions for seed stage companies on up to IPO.

We’re avid researchers, headhunters, and strategists who are serious about our craft. The clients we work with genuinely care about hiring the right people, optimizing their Talent and HR functions, and have a long-term outlook on their People functions.
